Refund and Cancellation Policy

Waheed Zen LLC wants you to be treated fairly and to know exactly where you stand before you pay. This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and how to raise a billing problem.

1. Monthly retainer services
Cancelling. Email [email protected] or [email protected] at any time. Include your business name. We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 1 business day. Cancellation stops all future charges. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period beyond the current billing cycle.
New client satisfaction window. If you are within 14 days of your first ever charge for a retainer service and you are not satisfied, tell us and we will refund that first payment in full.
Ongoing months. Retainers are billed in advance for work performed during that month. If you cancel within 7 days of a charge and we have not yet delivered work for that period, we refund that month in full. If work has already been performed, we refund the unused portion on a pro rata basis calculated to the day.
Initial term. Where your Order specifies an initial term (commonly 3 or 6 months), that term reflects the time search work needs to produce measurable change. You may still cancel during the initial term. In that case we will invoice for work already delivered and waive the remainder of the term. We do not pursue clients for unworked months.
2. Project work
Deposits are fully refundable within 7 days of payment if we have not begun work. Once work has begun, we refund the portion of the deposit representing work not yet performed, and we deliver to you all work completed up to that point.
3. Courses
14 day refund window. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have consumed less than 30% of the course content. We measure this from platform progress data.
After 14 days, or if you have consumed more than 30% of the content, purchases are final. This is stated at checkout and you must acknowledge it before paying.
Exception: if the product was not delivered, was materially different from what was described, or you were charged in error, we refund in full regardless of the window. Contact [email protected].
4. Community membership
Membership can be cancelled at any time, from inside the community or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
We do not refund the current month once the community has been accessed in that month. If you were charged after cancelling, or charged in error, we refund in full.
5. Mentoring
Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are refunded in full or rescheduled, your choice. Sessions missed without notice are not refunded. If we need to reschedule, you may take a full refund or a new time.
6. Advertising spend
Money you pay to Google, Meta, or any advertising platform goes to that platform, not to us, and is subject to that platform's own refund rules. Our management fee is separate and is covered by the retainer terms above.
7. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account.
Include your business name, the invoice or charge date, and the amount.
Tell us briefly what happened. You do not need to justify a cancellation.
We acknowledge within 1 business day and decide within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Please contact us before filing a chargeback
If something is wrong with a charge, we will almost always fix it faster than your bank can. Contact [email protected] first. We do not penalize customers for asking for a refund.
If you file a chargeback without contacting us, we will respond to your card issuer with our records, and we may suspend active services while the dispute is open.
