Waheed Zen LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. section 512.

Submitting a notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice" containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The URL of the material you say infringes, in enough detail for us to locate it
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter notice to [email protected] with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. section 512(g)(3).

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
