Waheed Zen LLC does not make, and does not authorize anyone to make on its behalf, any guarantee, promise, projection, representation, or implication of income, earnings, revenue, profit, client acquisition, or business success.

We do not publish "average student earnings", "typical results", or income screenshots, because we cannot substantiate that such results are typical, and presenting atypical results as if they were typical is deceptive.

What you are buying

You are buying education: instructional materials, recorded and live training, templates, and access to a community of people learning the same subject. That is the entire product. Nothing more is promised.

What you are not buying

You are not buying:

• A business opportunity, franchise, or business opportunity venture
• An investment or security of any kind
• A job, contract, employment, or guaranteed work
• Leads, clients, or customers
• Any guaranteed outcome whatsoever

Courses that teach a business model

Some of our courses teach business models, including building and leasing local lead generation websites. Teaching how a model works is not a representation that the model will earn you anything. We describe the technical work involved. We do not project outcomes, and we do not present any student's result as typical or repeatable.

Results depend entirely on you

Whether you achieve any business result depends on your own effort, skill, prior experience, available time, available capital, market conditions, competition, your sales ability, and many other factors that neither we nor you can control.

Most people who purchase business or marketing education do not build a profitable business from it. Many buy training and never apply it. That is the realistic base rate and you should assume it applies to you.

Case studies and testimonials

Any student result we publish is an individual result, published with that person's written permission, and is not typical, not average, and not a prediction of your outcome. Where a testimonial provider received any compensation, discount, free access, or other incentive, that is disclosed alongside the testimonial.

Business expenses

Building a marketing business requires spending money on domains, hosting, software, advertising, and tools. These costs are yours. We do not cover them and we do not include them in any example we show.

Unauthorized claims
